Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 26, 2026

These Terms govern your use of millennialcity.com and every order placed through it. By browsing the site or buying from it you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. If any part of them does not suit you, please do not use the site.

1. Who you are dealing with

Millennial City is the trading name of SPIRITPET GLOBAL LLC, based in LOS ANGELES, CA. We sell City Living Essentials products online only; there is no retail counter to visit.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old to order, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are under that age. You agree that the name, address, contact details and payment information you give us are accurate, current and complete. Orders carrying details we cannot verify may be held or cancelled.

3. Your account

If you create an account, the confidentiality of your login credentials is your responsibility, as is any activity carried out under them. Tell us at support@millennialcity.com immediately if you suspect somebody else has access.

4. Products and availability

Products are described on their own pages, using specifications provided to us. Photography and screen rendering mean colours can vary slightly from what arrives. We may change, restrict or withdraw any listing at any time without prior notice, and quantities may be limited.

5. Prices, taxes and errors

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax unless the page says otherwise. The checkout page totals the product price and any tax before you confirm, so nothing is added afterwards. Prices may change at any time. Where a price, description or availability statement is plainly wrong, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, to cancel and refund an affected order in full.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order, in whole or in part, where stock has run out, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud.

7. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments (orders of $35 or more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection. Every charge is shown to you before you confirm, and there are no hidden fees.

8. Shipping

We ship within the United States only, to all 50 states, using a single free standard service with no minimum order value. There is no expedited option and no international delivery. Processing and transit times, cut-offs and tracking are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Cancellations

If you need to cancel, write to support@millennialcity.com as soon as you can and we will stop the order if it has not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed or dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, and the Refund and Returns Policy applies instead.

10. Returns and refunds

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, damage in transit and incorrect items received, within the window and on the conditions set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Change of mind and personal preference are not grounds for return. Please read that policy in full before ordering.

11. Intellectual property

The text, photography, graphics, layout, logos and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to Millennial City and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell or adapt any part of the site without our prior written consent.

12. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not interfere with the operation, integrity or security of the site.
• Do not scrape, mirror or reproduce site content by automated means.
• Do not upload malicious code or anything designed to cause harm.
• Do not attempt to access any part of the site, account or server you are not authorised to reach.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the products are supplied on an as is and as available basis. We work to keep descriptions accurate and the store running, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we give no warranty beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millennial City and SPIRITPET GLOBAL LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase of any product, including loss of data, loss of revenue and loss of profit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPIRITPET GLOBAL LLC, its officers and its staff against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

16. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect, why we hold it and how it is protected.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and of the United States. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site is to be brought before the courts located in the State of California.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, carrying its effective date. Continuing to use the site after a revision is published means you accept the revised Terms.
