Choosing the right thing

How do I know a bin, shelf or rack will fit?

Every listing carries the measurements supplied by the maker, in inches and centimetres. Measure your opening first, including depth, and compare it against those figures. If a dimension you need is missing from a page, ask us before ordering.

Will any of this work in a rental?

Much of the range is chosen with that in mind: adhesive hooks, telescopic shelves that hold themselves inside a cupboard, hanging organizers that use a rail you already have, and free-standing racks. Where a product needs wall fixings, the listing says so.

How do I care for felt and woven fabric storage?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let the piece dry completely before refilling it. Never soak a bin with a cardboard frame inside, and keep fabric storage out of the washing machine.

Is the drinkware dishwasher safe?

It varies by piece, so read the care notes on the listing. As a rule, stainless steel flasks and silicone lids and straws take the dishwasher; plastic carafes and sealed wooden trays are hand wash only.

Are your products brand new?

Yes. Everything sold by Millennial City ships brand new in its original packaging. We do not sell returned, refurbished or open-box stock, and we do not offer gift wrapping.

Getting it to you

Where do you ship?

To all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally, and there is no expedited or express service.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum order value to reach.

How long will it take?

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, and standard delivery then runs 2-3 business days. Weekends and major U.S. holidays are not business days.

Can I follow the parcel?

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier, and you can follow it from there at any time.

Paying

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments (orders of $35 or more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Whatever is available to you appears on the checkout page.

Is my card safe?

Checkout runs over SSL/TLS encryption and is processed to PCI-DSS standards. We never store your full card number or payment credentials on our servers.

Returns and refunds

When can I return something?

For a manufacturing defect, damage caused in transit, or the wrong item arriving. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference, so please check dimensions and materials before ordering.

How do I start one?

Email support@millennialcity.com with your order number and a description of the problem, plus photos where an item is damaged. We review return requests within 1-2 business days and send instructions if the request is approved.

Who pays to send it back?

We do, on any approved return.

When does the money come back?

Once the returned item reaches us and has been inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it on your statement.
