Track Your Order
Every Millennial City parcel travels with a tracking number. It is emailed to you the moment the parcel leaves us, which is normally within 0-1 business days of the order being placed, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Paste the number below and we will send you straight to the right carrier page.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What happens, and when
- Order confirmation. Sent immediately after checkout, carrying your order number.
- Shipping confirmation. Sent when the parcel is handed over to the carrier, carrying the tracking number.
- In transit. The carrier updates its own tracking page at every scan until the parcel reaches your door.
If the tracking is not moving
A brand new number can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan, so a quiet first day is normal rather than a problem. Give it that long before worrying.
If several days pass with no update, or the parcel is marked delivered and is not with you, write to support@millennialcity.com with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you posted until it is resolved.
